To our Valued Residents:
As we are faced with the health crisis due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) we understand that there may be significant disruptions to the daily lives of you and your family. If you are experiencing such disruptions, we encourage you to reach out into the community for assistance. There are many resources available to you that can assist you in being able to make your monthly payment.
First, you can now make your monthly payment by credit or debit card through your AppFolio Tenant Portal.
Second, if you’ve been laid off, lost your job, or for some reason, are no longer getting your pay, please immediately Apply for NM Unemployment: You can apply online at www.jobs.state.nm.us. You can also call them at 1-877-664-6984, 8:00am-4:30pm. They’ve set up specific days for folks to call.
· If your Social Security number ends with 0, 1, 2, or 3; call on Monday.
· If your Social Security number ends with 4, 5, or 6; call on Tuesday.
· If your Social Security number ends with 7, 8 or 9; call on Wednesday.
· If you’ve missed your assigned day, just call on Thursday or Friday.
Third, contact ABQ United Way: https://uwcnm.org/211
United Way of Central New Mexico’s 2-1-1 Hotline offers information and referrals to help people in need. Just dial 211. The service is available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
Fourth, both Catholic Charities (505-724-4670) and The Salvation Army (505-247-2460) may be able to provide emergency funds to pay your rent and utility bills. Contact your local Salvation Army or Catholic Charities to find out if you're eligible for housing assistance.
And, be sure to check out the APS school district website: www.aps.edu to see what resources are available if school closures have affected you family’s situation.
The health, safety and well-being of you and your family are very important to us. Together we will get through this strange and uncertain time. Communication is key.
Stay Safe & Healthy.
